More probably than "Clothes & Shoes for Men & Women" it is a program
that repairs RAR archives. This feature should be intergrated into
WinRAR application, chech on http://www.win-rar.com.

Silly me, sorry for not explaining. Actually, the rarepair.exe that I was
wanting does a reinstall of RAS components. Used typically when RAS
components or databases get corrupted. I received a copy - I am more than
happy to email it if anyone needs\wants a copy.
