random dissconecting with the Wireless Base Station MN-820

I just set it up last night. I can use msn messenger just
fine but when i start to browse a few sights on the
internet or go on xbox live then i get disconnected. I
unplug the router and plug it back in for it to connect
again. I need help so I can browse the internet normally
and play xbox live.
