Hi George --
What authentication method are you using? What version of Windows Server?
Have you changed the default connection request policy in IAS at all?
Are you performing authorization by group or user? How are the user account
dial-in properties in AD configured, to allow access or to control access
through remote access policy?
Did you configure logging in IAS? If so is there room on the hard disk for
the IAS log file? (If not, IAS will not process Access-Requests.)
