Interference to radio and TV receivers is radiated from telephone
drop-wires between top of poles to domestic premises and from wiring
within the house. None is radiated from underground cables.

Can anybody say what radio frequencies are most strongly interfered
with by broadband traffic on phone lines? Or where can such
information be found?

Reg.

the ADSL frequencies used by BT are from ~50 kHz up to 1.1 MHz

there are virtually no cases of interference by ADSL but thousands of
cases of other stuff affecting ADSL.

I could not get through to the first of your suggested websites.
But the second was quite interesting and useful.

Thank you very much for your trouble taken in trying to help.

Yes I recall BT has problems every Xmas with the trend by some to cover
house with flashing lights; typically from China with no approvals/BSi
Testing
