RACFG

Everytime I reboot my Win 98 computer I get a RACFG error.
However, using the search function I find nothing named
RACFG, and the only information I could find on the net
was that RACFG is somehow related to networking. I do have
2 Win 98 computers on the home network, but the other does
not get this error. Any ideas?
