Hey Charles,
First is it the same computers all the time? Is there something unique to
the machines that are "lagging"? Are the computers that are having problems
all connected to the same switch? Are they located far from the server and
or located or connection crossing a EMI risk?
I am sure you have checked all those, but if not, maybe that will get the
brain jucies flowing. Although I don't have any real help for you I do have
a recommendation: Usually Quickbooks provides tech support when a company
purchases their product. I would call them once you try everything that
"could" be on your end.
