I do like the ones from Microsoft press. These should be a good introduction.
You'll note that Windows server is not covered at all on the CCNA exam. I
could see that useful to see DHCP and things like that in action, but they're
really not covered. You might find it challenging to spread your focus out
of the router and switch config area.
