Question on linking

I have a WET 11 I'd like to set for channal 6 with a can antenna.
and run it in to a BEFW1s4 as is.

I cant get it to work in the shop.
1. do I need a crossover cable?
2. I can see both with my laptop.
3. I cant get to cross internet.

any help
