Check out

I'm with Plusnet no really major trouble except filters, their Customer
Support
via Telephone and Contact Us is great and the latter is online and use their
backup support number for 56k to get online temporarily, If you are a home
user
and dont need P2P or download any programs and music they do a £18.99
or full spec one for £21.99 great value for money and will also do your
migration
from one ISP to them.
There is plenty of choice now and some good prices!
