Hello,

Whenever I watch the BBC broadband services (news, etc.) the quality is
pretty poor. Sound is fine, but picture is shaky. Other broadband
services are good- and my connection is also good. I'm a bt broadband
(not openworld) subscriber. Is this a known problem- and any idea who is
responsible? The BBC or BT?

TIA,

David

Would this be the RealPlayer content that your watching? If so, thats
high-quality live streaming by RP! ;-)

Oh, OK then. Now that you mention it, the other stuff which has been
good quality was on media player. (Ironic, given I use Mac OS) Is this a
commmon problem with RP then? I don't subscribe to their premium
services. I might try a trial run of 14 days just to see if the quality
is better- not that I'd bother paying for the service though.
