I am thinking of signing up for one.tel broadband bundled package which
includes unlimited calls to UK landlines anytime and 512kbps unrestricted
broadband, all for £29.99/month.

I would be grateful for any comments about one.tel's quality, performance
and support, plus any difficulties in connecting.

Many thanks

Brian

From a quick look on their ADSLGuide forum, connections seem to be
pretty reliable, however support don't answer emails etc.

Have a look at:

Signed up about a month ago.BB installed and working no problems. Call
package process of changeover had to be started 3 times. Worth paying extra
£1/month for extra 15% discount on calls to mobiles for me.
