Since few month i work with suse9.3 and i try'ng to find the way to controll
bandwidth.
i'm interesting about QoS in suse - adaptive QoS (adaptation, priority of
application, measuring, jitter,...)-bandwidth management.
Can somebody help me about this, maybe link, book, article or some hint.

If FC4 or redhad is better - OK.

Take a look at www.etinc.com. I believe it runs on Suse 9.0
