QOS needed or not

Hi,

in Windows XP Pro is QOS Packet Schedular required or not, as to resolve an
audio problem with MSN messenger I had to disable QOS and need to know if by
doing this will anything else be affected by it.

If you aren't running a server with QoS, then no clients need to run QoS.
