(Q) WiFi location map Austria ?

Hiya All,

I am going for a short holiday to Austria next week. Now i am looking
for some data or map of hotspot locations in this country.
(Ok I found a lot of prepaid hotspots etc, but no map with open or
closed AP's.

Is there anywhere such link, and even more important, is it legal to
find hotspots with i.e. Netstumbler ?

I thought radio frequency scheme on Wi-Fi is different in Europe.
