I have a question about MN-500 port forwarding.

Although I do not open http port on my MN-500, Symantec online security
check says it is open.

Does anybody have any idea?

Thanks!

I'd check the settings in the Symantec program or their support area. If
you don't want the port open, and a program you're using doesn't require it,
go into the base station setup and make sure it is closed.

Checked with port scan from another security site, MN-500 indeed had port 80
opened even though its admin software did not show it. After some struggle,
I noticed the culprit was Skype. It was using port 80 on the computer and
somehow be able to open port 80 on the router too (I guess it is called
UPnP). When I shut down Skype, router's port 80 status became closed, not
stealth. Still it did not show up in the admin software.

I wish I could disable UPnP. Or maybe I wish to have better admin software
at least.
