Q: ISA Server 2004

I have ISA Server 2004 and I have one problem
problem is at -> monitoring/reports/, report is generating for 1 month
and i can't delete it, and i started new report who is generating for
two days too, how can i stop it or repair that problem?
(i have deleted 10-20 old completed reports to make a space, but that is
not the problem, i guess..)

and is there some microsoft plugin for ISA for live monitoring, to see
who (ip), speed and what is downloading.. or from some other
manufacturer if it is posible free
