You will be able to change to a 1MB service. This is classed as a re-
grade and should only involve downtime of a few minutes while the BT
engineer boils his kettle in the exchange.
A re-grade to 1MB with Pipex costs £35 + VAT ATM (the BT wholesale price
with no added extras like some ISPs)
