[Q] bandth throthling for the service??

Hi,

I am tryint to set up the bandwidth throttling for the FTP session, port
range from 10000 to 20000.

What I like to do is to limit _each_ FTP session to 50KByte, not the global
FTP session.

Could someone please send me the tc script for limiting each session?
