Instead of saying "we are not responsible...", you'd likely be better off
stating that certain activities are not permitted. Otherwise it might be
interpreted that while you're not responsible, you allow certain
activities. Take a look at your ISPs AUP for ideas. Also, since you're
charging, you'd better have a lawyer look at it.

Definitely have a lawyer look at it. IANAL, but posting prohibited
activities sounds like intent to enforce, which sounds like you're taking
some responsibility for what happens on the link. Better would be to
disclaim any responsbility at all, just like your ISP.
