Maybe OT, but you really ought to set up VPN for remote access to your
server/network.

If you open all the ports for Windows networking, it is no longer
secure!

Which ports are required depends on a lot of things, including the OS
the clients are running.

The only way to know for certain which ports you need is to monitor the
traffic on your network. Or you can block all ports, see what stops working,
and open ports you need to get things going again.

Basically I have and access db and some files that I need
to share. I realy need to get some sort of firewall on
here, cuase when i turn it off, I get all sorts of
unathorized access by users.

Dumb question, how I can monitor my netowrk traiffic and
determine which ports I am using?

I would just open those ports in ICF
