I have my LAN settings set to audodetect proxy settings,
and my internet works fine, but is there any i can see
what settings were detected so that I could just put those
settings in the manual settings and not have to use
autodetect? Is there some kind of command i can run (kind
of like the ipconfig command that tells you your ip
address info) but a command that would tell me my
autodecteed proxy settings?

(my reason for doing this has other purposes)

If this is a work computer, ask your administrator. If this is home
computer, you most likely are not using a proxy.

not off hand , I don't use proxy and have the "autodetect" feature unchecked
