PROGRAMMING THE BASE STATION

MY COMPUTER FINDS THE BASE STATION A MN-500. WHEN IT
TRAIED TO PROGRAM THE BASE STAION IT SAYS IT CANT PROGRAQM
IT. IT TELL ME TO RESET THE STAION AND TURN OFF ALL OF
THE FIREWALLS. ALL THE FIREWALLS ARE OFF BUT IT STILL
WONT PROGRAM THE STAION. I AM USING WINDOWS XP SERIVCE
PACK 3. DOEW ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS. THANK YOU.
