Programmatic access to RRAS Port Forwarding?

I've been dealing with forwarding a large number of ports that needed to be forwarded. While the builtin "Services and Ports" tab
is fine for small numbers of individual ports, it is severely lacking when many ports are needed to be forwarded, or when ranges of
ports are needed.

To that purpose, I want to attempt to write a small tool (most likely C++, *possibly* C# if its accessible through it). However, I
am unsure of what I would use to gain access to the port list and how to modify it. Any suggestions?
