I really need to get away from Wanadoo, there customer support is abissmal.
Could anybody tell me what prodigynet are like please.

According to ADSL Guide, they're a little better than Wanadoo.

With ISPs you pretty much get what you pay for. If you can afford it go with
a decent ISP like Demon or Zen, or if you're in a Telewest area -
Blueyonder.

Look through this NG and see which ISPs get the most complains / negative
posts .... always the cheap piss pot ISPs working in tight margins.

I used to be on prodigy and they were pretty good. Got quite a
personal service imho. Bulldog are the other end of the spectrum now!

been with them for about 2 years, good personal service on the helpline.
im on their 2 meg service with 2 gig cap, very rare to have outages.
Only downside is no news groups but you can go elsewhere for that.
