Hi,

We use the WatchGuard Mobile Use VPN (IPSec protocol) and users connect to
the network well - up until now! A user has just put in a Belkin F5D8633-4
ADSL Wireless-N router and cannot connect. He is using 64 bit WEP. He can
connect to another router in the area (unsecured) and get into the office
via the VPN as usual. However it will not work via the Belkin. He can get on
the Internet OK. I got him to connect to the Belkin via a cable and the VPN
worked for a while and then packed up. We have the internal firewall turned
off. Nothing makes sense! Are there any known problems with thsi model?

Regards,

Vic

Try turning on "IPSec passthrough" (or something like that -- if the setting
exists) on his Belkin router.

Thanks,

I can't find anything relating to IPSec in the router but I would have
expected to. I have a call in with Belkin and if I get a solution I will
post it here.

Thanks again,

Vic
