I am trying to reach a customer's website from the office & either I will
get the "Page cannot be displayed" error message, or only the text will show
up-after quite a while, & none of the graphics will come up, only the red
"X", like a broken link. It will come up fine from home & I am using Road
Runner cable access both at home & the office. I can ping it with no
problems. I get the same results if I put the IP address in the address bar.
All other websites can be accessed fine from the office.
What could be causing this?

it could be the MTU issue,. check this page, troubleshooting ie issues
... 2) This problem is caused also by an incompatible MTU networking setting. ... lower MTU as the default for all Internet communication. ...
