Problems Updating Firmware MN-700

I have been trying to update the firmware to the most
recent for the MN-700. What happens is that I download it,
install the software and then begin the update phase. I
get to the point where it says click next to update. The
updating status bar goes up for about 5 minutes and then
finally it says "updates failed", do you want to retry? I
have tried everything, updating via ethernet with nothing
plugged in, updating via wireless etc... What is going on
here?

When the updater fails to update, it leaves a log file that includes
information about what went wrong. The log file is either in the install
folder for the software or the folder where the update package is if the
software is not installed. The update file is named BBNUpdateLog.txt. If you
e-mail the file and any other information about what happened to
(E-Mail Removed) someone will look at the file to determine what went
wrong.
