Problems with Remote Access Policy

I would like to make changes to my Remote Access Policy in RRAS so I can
limit the amount of time that users stay logged in but I can't view it in
Routing and Remote Access. Could it have been deleted? If so, is there a
way to re-create it? any help would be appreciated!
