I've been having problems with the kppp dialer in SUSE 9.2. Initially, when
dialing, I'd get an error message that the file /etc/pppd/peers/kppp
couldn't be found. I then created that file, based on another system, with
the line "plugin passwordfl.so" in it. Now, I get the following error
messages:
Jan 9 09:04:33 thinkpad pppd[5278]: /usr/lib/pppd/2.4.2/passwordfl.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Jan 9 09:04:33 thinkpad pppd[5278]: Couldn't load plugin passwordfl.so
This occurs, even though passwordfl.so is present at that location and is
executable.
Any ideas?
tnx jk
