Problems with Dial up networking

I uninstalled my dial up networking according to the
directions in my help and support of my Windows ME. When
I tried to reinstall it, it didn't reinstall. Now my
dial up networking folder does not open when I click it.
And I cannot view ANY www. pages on the internet. Can
someone PLEASE help me. I have had this problem for many
months now. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Remember on my computer
at home I cannot get any downloads because I cannot get
to any websites. Thanks again

Have you tried using the Internet Connection Wizard? It
should take you through the whole setup procedure.
