Sounds like you need to check with whoever is your Internet Service
Provider, Alex. If the LAN is working properly, then it must be settings of
the router talking through your modem which are not proper. Without knowing
your ISP, it is difficult to tell what settings they require. You might
consult their web pages or give the tech support folks a call.
