problems with browseing the network

i having issue when i try to browse the network, i have a
peer-to-peer network and workgroups setup. i also have
static ips, i could browse the network fine, untill
something happend i'm not sure what. when i try to browse
i get a workgroup is not accessable, you do not have admin
rights, but i'm loginto the server as an admin. also when
i do a net view i get a systems error 6118, need help.

I have a similar problem. When i Browse my workgroup from my server 2003 pc, I don't get a message, I just can't see any computers in the workgroup. Not even the computer I am browsing from.

Check the Event viewer of these machines, it may be that
one of the machines is trying to be the master browser.
If this is the case, this can cause a lot of network
browsing issues.

Try installing Netbios over TCP/IP on the machines. I find that in peer
to peer networkds it greatly enhances the machines ability to find other
machines.
