Hello

This might not be the correct forum to post this into but Im gonna try
my luck anyway since this problem has bugged me for several days now.

I have two routers that I connect into a single advanced switch (tried
both a cisco 3500 and a dell powerconnect 5324). When I connect these
two networks at the same time they work, but only one at the time. For
example take two networks; 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24. If I
connect these two and ping both simultaniously network 2 fails when I
get reply from network 1 and vice versa. Never does both networks work
at the same time. Also I cant control wether network 1 works or network
2 works, its just random. For example, network 1 works for aprox 2mins,
then network 2 works for aprox 30sec and so it goes.

Anyone experianced this problem before and knows what causes it?

I also want to add that if I take a non configurable switch, the setup
works without any problems and I have tried to setup VLAN's but the same
problem appears.

Thanks in advance.
