Problem whith network driver..

I install Windows 2003 Enterprise edition Y have a
Network adapter SIS 900 (PCI) and Realtek 8139 (PCI) in
both adapters have the same problem:
The problem is

In Device Manager have two Network adapter.. and the
drivers say OK

IN CONTROL PANEL - NETWORKS CONNECTIONS "IS EMPTY"

My questions
Why is Empty Why don`t see the adapters??

Do you have them connected via Ethernet cables to something "live" like a
hub? If not, they won't show up.

The most common cause for this is if one of the Remote Access services have
been disabled.

Please look at the following article for more information on how to make
sure it is enabled:
