jim, on my tcp/ip properties, i have installed two
gateways pointing to my two firewall. both the firewall
has its own internet connection.
the reason why i have two gateway was to enable a fail-
over internet connection if one of my firewall is offline.
but it seems that after the first gateway is offline, the
second gateway just doesnt pass my connection to the
servers. i cant login to my nt server and i cant surf.
do i need to have dns service if i have more than one
gateway? does the method of manually initializing a tcp
connection helps?
