problem when i use belkin 4 port router to set up Ftp.

hi. dear all:

I use eastlink high speed cable and delkin 4 port router. I want to
set up ftp on my own pc. I use the Server_U .

I set the router as follows in virtual server :

Private IP Private Port Type Public Port
1. 192. 168. 2.6 21 TCP 50001
2. 192. 168. 2.6 20 TCP 50000


and in Special Application Settings

Trigger Port Type Public Port Type( some friends said the trigger port
was wrong, but i do not know which port i should use 21, and why?)
1. 50001 TCP 60000-60050 TCP
2. 50000 TCP 60000-60050 TCP

it is right as port forward?

About Server_U

In setting of Domain:

Domain Ip Address: 192.168.2.6( some friends said i should use
external ip address 24.xxx.xxx.xxx at the place, i do not know the
reason either)
FTP Port: 21

In advance setting of Domain:
enable Pa$$ive mode , Ip : 24.xxx.xxx.xxx(it is my external Ip)

in the setting of Local server:

Pasv : 60000-60049


Above is all important setting i did for Ftp seting, it is all right?
but i can not connect ftp from inside through WS_FTP

connecting to 24.xxx.xxx.xxx:50001
! Connection failed 24.xxx.xxx.xxx- connection timed out
! Connection failed 24.xxx.xxx.xxx

and also ,one of my friends said my server_u setting is wrong, the domain ip
address should be my external address 24.xxx.xxx.xxx, but i set it as
my internal address 192.168.2.6




then the port foward should be as follows?

on virtual server setting:

Private port(=192.168.2.6 port?)21-----> Public port（=Main
Server Ports?) 21
Private port(=192.168.2.6 port?)20-----> Public port（=Main
Server Ports?) 20



2. Passive Ports: 60000-60049 --> 192.168.2.6

confused hwo to set this one, there are only ten port forwarding in
virtual server setting

if i wanna do these 50 port foward, should be done in sepecial
applicaiton setting, but there is no space to let you piont out your
ip address . just trigger port and public port setting, if that, no
trigger port, how server know these 50 passive ports


sorry for so many questiosn, but i am really crazy about that, while i
set ftp, sometimes will coz my router dump, all my roomates can not
connect internet,maybe the setting also make router crazy?
