Problem with switch port authentication

We enable switch port authentication on our Cisco switches.Install
IAS,Certification authority and all that staff and everything is ok.Only
problem is this.On our workstations we enable IEE802.1x authentication with
Protected EAP.On computer startup group policy processing failed.Why is this
happening?How to solve this problem?
