To connect the dongle, I'm using 3Connect (the application which comes with
it) - which I've just upgraded to v2.0.0
Once connected, I'm using Firefox as a browser, Mailwasher to vet emails,
and Outlook to send and receive emails. None of these work in the 'failed'
state as per the ipconfig log.
