Problem Spooling / Network time Out / SMTP

My windows client session breaks-up. Packet lost occur. I had check
the cable and fine ok. SMTP services is taking time. But POP3 is
working. Sharing working ok but taking lots of time. Printing problem,
as document come in spooling and print shows spooling but finally the
print document lost and not get print. Anyone can help me out. Thanks
in advance.

it could be hardware NIC or switch configuration issue.
