Hi Josè,
Which server the FSMO roles belongs to?
Your old 2000 server was Replica DC or what?
Have you a single domain?
Have you tried to force replication by using NTDSUTIL?
Try also
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\NTDS\Parameters
create a new DWORD Value called: RPC Replication Timeout (mins)
(exactly like I written it) and set to "45".
Reboot........

If you didn't demote the old server that needs to be removed from the
directory by a process known as a metadata cleanup:

If this was the original DC, you also need to SEIZE the FSMO roles and
ensure that one of the existing servers is a GC:

Jose,

No problem with you 'poor' English! Actually, it is not so bad at all! I
used to speak Spanish fluently but I bet that your English is better than my
Spanish right now.

Anyway, there are a couple of things that you will need to do.

You will need to make sure that you get rid of the WIN2000 Domain Controller
in the Active Directory. You do this via the ntdsutil tool. You will
probably need to use ADSIEdit as well. You will be doing a metadata clean
up. There is ample information on this via the MS web site.

Once you do this there should be little problem getting things to
synchronize. I would suggest to you that you install the Support Tools on
both of your Domain Controllers. There are some tools there that will help
you with things.

I would also make sure that the DNS records are cleaned up ( meaning, that
there are no references to the 'old' WIN2000 Domain Controller ).
