Having a bit of a problem trying to access one of my two homebased PC's via
RemotelyAnywhere ( http://www.remotelyanywhere.com/ ) using No-ip
(http://www.no-ip.com/ ) .
I can access my main PC (which is hooked up to a D-Link DGL 4300 router) but
I'm having trouble accessing a wireless laptop which the router sees.

With this router I have used: Advanced | Virtual Server | and used, for the
moment, the default port of 2000. This works for me accessing the main pc,
but I'm a little unsure how to access the laptop.

I have the router setup to DHCP, don't particularly want to assign static
addresses if I can help it at the mo, hence me using No-ip.

If there is anyone who may have a similer setup, help would be appreciated.

TIA <<S>>

Think there's some confusion here as to what you're doing and what
does what.

www.no-ip.com is a service which will automatically track your dynamic
WAN (internet) IP address and map example.no-ip.com to the WAN IP
address of your router.

The internal LAN has a seperate range of IP addresses and these have
no direct relation with the WAN address and DDNS services like no-ip.

Not sure what your remote software does but I find www.logmein.com
much easier to use than anything that needs ports opening and
forwarding etc...
