I have a user that will try to save a document and (occasionally) he
receives a message that he doesn't have rights....

XPPro client, Office2k3, W2k3 server. It's spurratic.

We also have netware mapped drives and we've installed the 'hush'
experimental hot fix (Q824424).

And, the user has adminstrative priviledges (my boss)....

W2kPro clients don't have a problem - ever.....

Thanks,
Paul

Update: I was mis-informed - that's why he's my boss..<g>

It was the Netware mapped drive he had a problem with - so the fix isn't
working!

I think they updated the fix in SP2....

And there I was about to ask about "spurratic" problems - is your boss
kicking the computer with sharp metal thingies on his boot-heels? ;-)

If the hotfix isn't working, might want to take a whack at calling MS to at
least let them know, even if they won't give you a free PSS call out of the
deal.
