problem with samba mounting

i have
sever
redhat 9.0
2.4.21ac-03 #7 Sat Jul 12 18:53:26 CEST 2003
samba-3.0.2a-1


workstation
Fedora Core 2
2.6.5-1.358 #1 Sat May 8 09:04:50 EDT 2004
samba isn't instaled

mount -t smbfs -o
workgroup=XXXXXXXX,username=yyyyyyyyy,password=xxx xxxx,rw,fmask=775,dmask=775

//server_linux/wspolny /users/yyyyyyyyyy/wspolny/

at mounting resources
destination folder /users/yyyyyyyy have user:group
after mount have root:root resources are ro
umount /users/yyyyyyyy and folder have automaticly user:group

in mounted resources when attributes of files are
-rw------- 1 nobody nobody - i can't explore them
-rw-rw---- 1 nobody nobody - i can explore them but can't make any
changes

in this Lan I am using also win XP an 98 Se and there are no problem
with this
resources are public with nobody:nobody

Please Help there are my first step with Linux and Samba

fmask and dmask are masks, the opposite of permissions. You probably
want fmask=002,dmask=002
