Problem with Remote desktop connections and terminal server

Every time i connect to my win 2003 via remote desktop connection or
terminal server client, when i'm working or not, after a couple of minute, the
connection freez. i close my RDC client but is not enought, i must restart
THE SERVER!!! to reability the service!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!
