Problem with PC->Router->ADSL

Hi all,

i'm stuck with my network problem!
Once everything worked fine. Then i wanted fixed IPs, changed the
settings and it didn't work anymore.
After several hours i set everything back.

First i reset Modem and Router to their initial settings and set the
parameters for my ISP. It didn't work.
From a PC i can ping the router but not the modem.
The modem connected directly to a PC works --> i can get to the internet.
I just don't get a connection over a router!

What's wrong there? Please check the settings of the modem and router at
the bottom of this message.

I'm thankful for every little help.
