problem with the outlate power

I work in company on server computer under Windows Server 2003.The
server is connected on UPS APC Smart-UPS 1500.Morning when i arrived
on the work on the screen server computer it's stand a message "You
should change your battery or switch to outlate power immediately to
keep from losing your work"
When i clicked on button OK.All is ok.Why this message appeared?
Do somebody have some idea?
