Hello All,

I've got a network-connection that stalls, using IE, frequently (a number
of times each hour), and I would to get rid of it :-)

The connection goes thru an ADSL-modem (in "allway's on" mode, handling the
VPN connection).
I've allso disabled WINS for all my protocols (two network-cards, no
dial-up).

Alas, it still happens.

I took a look at my connections (Using the "GetTcpTable" function-call), and
did find something remarkable : around the times my network becomes
unresponsive I see a 0.0.0.0:68 pop-up (boot process ?), which disappears
after 30-60 seconds (did not time it).

Is there anyone who recognises the stalling and/or other information and can
tell me what I should do (short of tossing the computer/os out of my window
:-) )

Regards,
Rudy Wieser
