A few options:
1. Try unchecking automatic settings for resources in the properties of the
network card and select and IRQ that's unused on the system.
2. Contact Linksys to see if they ahve seen this before and if they have a
solution
3. Disable IRQ steering and try it.
4. If it's USB adapter, try a PCCard wireless NIC.
