problem with my remote machine

we are using DSL line for our net connection, we are remotely access
our machine.
now we are facing problem that when there is any flutuation in the net
my machine's top is raised exponentialy and dfunct are occured and
lostly it is going for hardboot.

Any one can give a resion and solution for that ...........
