Problem with Mirror

Hi,

i have a problemm

i install a Windows 2003 in SCSI controller whit 1 HD 70 GB
i have another SCSI compaq Array with 5 hd - (1 logical)

Implementing Mirror from 1 HD 70 Gb to 1 logical (raid5)

but when boot from SCSI with 1 hd is ok,,
but when boot from Compaq Smart Array.. the machine not boot.. any idea ??
